By accessing, subscribing to, or using the API services provided by APIPeak ("we", "us", "our") at apipeak.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. API Access & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our APIs in accordance with your subscription plan. You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account details.
Refrain from attempting to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the API systems.
Comply with rate limits associated with your subscribed plans.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our API services. If you encounter service interruptions or technical issues, the following refund rules apply:

You are eligible for a full refund if our API service experiences errors or outages, AND you have consumed less than 20% of your allocated package credits, within 14 days of purchase.

To claim a refund, please send a detailed request along with log details from your account dashboard to [email protected].

4. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Our APIs are provided "as is" and "as available". While we guarantee high uptime, we do not warrant that our APIs will be completely error-free or run uninterrupted except as specified in our SLA terms.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of APIPeak shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal issues, arbitration, or litigation will be exclusively conducted in the Cyber Court in Kerala, India.
